VideoiPBX
Option 1
The first
solution provides up to fifteen
quality VoIP phones and Internet
bandwidth. The T1 bandwidth is
divided into voice and data
channels. One channel is
allocated to each telephone
number. The remaining bandwidth
is bonded together for Internet
connectivity. The CPE equipment
separates the T1 channels and
sends them to the proper
interface. The telephone
channels are either sent to the
VideoiPBX or to a breakout panel
for FAX or other equipment not
requiring VideoiPBX service.
The Internet connectivity is
directed to a VLAN, which allows
connectivity to the VideoiPBX
for remote connectivity and for
receiving remote IP calls. This
allows company personnel to call
into the company from remote
locations using their SIP
telephone or their Soft Phone.
The Internet connectivity is
also sent to the client’s data
network on an Ethernet interface
on Tristar’s Switch. This can
be directed to the client’s
router, firewall, or switch.
The advantages
of this configuration are:
